The Big Sky (Special Single Mix) Lyrics
What it's about: Remembering some of the simple pleasures we used to enjoy as children, that we no longer find the time for -- like spending the afternoon looking at the sky, watching the clouds take on shapes.
Running time: 4:25 (Special Single Mix) (Disc says 4:34, but the end of the fadeout is at 4:25)
The Big Sky (Special Single Mix) Lyrics
Running time: 4:34
The Special Single Mix of The Big Sky opens with (synth) strings in the background (that sound like cellos), and it fades out approximately :16 earlier than the original LP/CD mix.  The LP/CD version doesn't have the synths, but it has background vocals which are not readily audible on the Special Single Mix.  The single mix has replaced the original on the Fish People reissues and iTunes.  (Info courtesy of Blackbird Braille.)
The cover images are identical to the stock release, but the titles are different.
