Babooshka (Poland) "Bulls" Flexi

Babooshka was released in Poland on a one-sided, laminated cardboard flexi-disc -- with a picture of four bulls grouped around a tree. A real unusual item; it's the only Kate cardboard flexi I know of, and certainly the only one featuring animals?? Anybody know why???
