Hounds Of Love entered the UK chart in the week of its release at #26.  It peaked at #18 one week later, on March 8, 1986.  It held that position for one week, and spent a total of five weeks on the chart.
Hounds Of Love opens with the phrase "It's in the trees! It's coming!" (as shown on the rear sleeve). It's from an old UK horror movie from the 50s called Night Of The Demon.
First pressings have textured sleeves, paper labels on the disc and "Woof" etched into the A-side dead wax. First pressings also included a pair of stickers, shown here.
