The instrumental version of Moments of Pleasure appears only on this jukebox promo and its commercially issued 12" and cassingle counterparts.  It has never been (officially) released on CD.
The disc was issued with black writing etched into the vinyl. Black on black won't show up on the scan, so the text was recreated in white to make it visible. Scan, text editing and information courtesy of Pertti.
