In September, 1980, EMI (through Sound For Industry) distributed a number of one-sided flexi-discs featuring 3 songs from Kate's just-released Never for Ever LP. Square and round versions were distributed through magazines like the one shown here, and elsewhere.

The ad says: "FREE Unique offer. In this number: premiere from new Kate Bush LP - Never for Ever" (or something like that...)
