This is the only worldwide appearance of Night Of The Swallow and Houdini on a single.
The running time of Night Of The Swallow on The Dreaming is 5:35.  It's 5:50 on this single because the bouzouki/uileann pipe part fades in :15 earlier than where this track begins on the LP/CD.
In addition to the artwork on this sleeve, Nick Price also drew the cover of the Never for Ever LP/CD, the December Will Be Magic Again single, the swan on the rear of the Sat In Your Lap sleeve, and Kate's Tour Of Life program. (Here are a few examples.)
Multiple pressings of this single were distributed.  First pressing discs have matrix numbers ending in "-A".  Card stock, matte and glossy paper sleeves all (allegedly) exist.  I'm not certain which is the first pressing, but I believe it's the card stock sleeve (as shown above).
